Part of body

Hijab for women is compulsory in Iran, hence transgression of this law brings about legal prosecution. Compulsory hijab in contemporary Iran is portrayed as a religious and political issue. The politicization of female body inspires me to look into body politics through this project.
In this work I tend to look beyond the doctrine and geographical boundaries to question the politics formed around human body. This work explores the the way contemporary human body is perceived and judged. It also emphasizes on the importance of creating open discourse around it ,
in this project, I worked with Chen Cohen, she is an artist (model) from Israel, Berit Jagir she isan artist from Germany,
